that my 3 1/2 year old (well, almost 4 year old) has finally decided after a year or so that her bed is more comfortable than ours? Four nights in a row now she has slept the entire night in her bed.
We usually get our little visitor around 2:00 in the morning. She always says that her curtains are dark and that is why she comes and gets in bed with us. (We even leave her door all the way open and the hallway light on.)
Having my own bed for the last four nights has been wonderful. With my growing belly it has been a challenge fitting us all comfortably. Bonus...I get to cuddle with my husband all night!
When Emilia got up this morning, I asked her how her night was. She said that it was good and that she slept in her bed all night, and she even asked me if I had fun cuddling daddy!

That is cute. Good for Emilia. I had no idea that she was having trouble. Was it because she has a bed instead of the crib?
