a little teacher

Since starting Kindergarten, Emilia has been playing school a lot with Avery. One morning Emilia came to me and asked if they could go outside for recess. I let them go out and swing for a while. When I looked out the window to check on them, I only saw Avery playing on the swing set. I found Emilia sitting on the steps watching Avery play...like a teacher does while on recess duty. It wasn't much longer before I saw Emilia playing, too!
One afternoon we had the Thiessens over for an after school snack. Michele and I were swinging the babies. We looked up and found the girls all lined up in little chairs and Emilia "reading" aloud to them. ADORABLE!
